AGM Deal Time primarily uses UPS. For shipments to PR, AK, HI we use USPS Priority Mail. For international orders we use the USPS. We offer expedited/express shipping as well, so please contact us if you require such options. Additional costs may apply to high quantity, high weight, large dimenional size, hazardous materials, and/or any location other than the lower 48 states.
For all "domestic" orders, orders within the United States, we ship out in 24-48 hours after payment has been received (personal checks require 10 day clearing).
NOTE: International orders requires a 5 - 6 business day "handling time," which does not include shipping transit time.

International Orders:
- Delivery for international shipping can be delayed for longer periods of time
depending on the customs clearance of your country.
- International orders may have additional Value Added Tax (VAT), duties, and/or other
fees due. We have no control over these fees and cannot predict if and what you may be charged. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient and cannot be prepaid.
- True value will be marked on all customs forms for international order and complete invoices will be included.
Availability
All items are in stock
at the time of listing. However, due to the large volume of posted
auctions there are rare occasions that the item maybe unavailable at
auction end. In such cases we will notify the buyer that the item is
unavailable and will make arrangements for an order cancellation, full
refund, or backorder according to the buyers wishes.

Thirty Day Return Policy
When buying items online, we understand that things can be different than you expect. Computer monitors don't always depict color as expected or sizing can be challenging, but whatever the reason, AGM Deal Time is happy to accept returns for refunds unless otherwise stated. That means no risk shopping for you.
Returns are easy, but there are a few things to go over so that we can process your return quickly and accurately:
For return authorization, you must contact us within 30 days of the invoice or purchase date. Item(s) must be in new unused condition with all retail packaging. Refunds will be given in form of original payment for purchase price only (shipping and insurance not refunded). We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Return policy does not apply to bulk and special orders.
Package the return carefully so that it arrives safely. Shipping damage to AGM Deal Time is not covered.
If the return has not been pre-authorized or is not in original condition with all retail packaging, a 15% restocking fee will be charged, so contact us, include the invoice, and package the item safely.
Sometimes there are special circumstances. Contact us, as we are happy to work with you.
Cost of return shipping is not covered by AGM Deal Time.
Shipping damage is not covered. Please use the original packing materials or your own packing materials to insure a safe return. You may insure the package at your cost.
